After sweeping the Rangers in a three-game series, the White Sox seem to be carrying momentum into the All-Star break – something they should try to do to have no pressure starting the second half. It’s evident that the Sox came out on top in the trade with Boston and Kenny Williams definitely gained some fans. With the sweep, the Sox are two games ahead of Cleveland and four and a half games ahead of Detroit. Toronto comes to town for the last series before the All-Star break, sporting a 42-41 record are 4-6 in their last ten ball games. The Sox will try and capitalize on their momentum and hopefully bring back-to-back sweeps into the break.
